He is survived by his sister, Janice Bailey, her daughters Leslie Willwerth (Jason) and Hope Bailey; his brother Gary Blair (Dawn) his children Gary Blair, Jr, Sabrina, her sons Noah and Jeremiah, Blair (John) her son Gauge, his daughters Dana Bett (Darin), her son Brody and Tracey Blair. Also deceased by his life partner Dana Evans her children Kerry(Mike) Kelly (Craig), her children Finley & Piper and Max Evans(Jackie).
Bill spent most of his working life as an electrician after attending Norview High School. He enjoyed camping, cooking, riding his motorcycle and spending time at the cabin by the lake. His and Dana's dog Freckles was a great comfort to him.
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm.
