Virginia Beach Johnny R. Bandy 50 passed away April 7, 2009. Predeceased by his parents father Archie Bandy, mother Florence Lawrence, brother Ronnie Bandy and father-in-law L.C. Carter. Survived by his loving wife of 25 years Pam Bandy, two daughters Jennifer E. Bandy and Heather A. Bandy. Mother-in-law Virginia Carter, step-daughter Robin Carver. Step-son’s Ronnie Bryson and Bobby Carver. Brothers, James Bandy and Thurman Bandy all of Chesapeake, Virginia.Sisters Rosalee Webb of Suffolk, Virginia, Thelma Kabana of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Mary Akers of Richmond, Virginia, Eddie Vandooren of Jefferson, North Carolina and Joann Courtney of Richmond, Virginia. Johnny R. Bandy will be dearly missed by 17 nieces and nephews. In honor of Mr. Bandy a service will be held Friday April 10, 2009 at 11:00 am at Oaklette United Methodist Church 520 Oaklett Drive Chesapeake, 23325.
