Joseph Samuel Bloise, 75, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away peacefully at home on July 5, 2026. He was surrounded by the love of his family. Joseph is rejoicing in heaven with the love of his life, Nancy Charlotte Lankford Bloise; his parents, Samuel Joseph Bloise and Charlotte Marie Gray; daughter, Lois Marie Schmidt; and his grandson, Jonathan Vetrano. Left to cherish his memory is his son, Morgan Joseph Bloise; four grandchildren, Katlyn and Christopher Powers, Joseph, Mason, and Samantha; and his brother-in-law, Robert Lankford and his wife, Kathleen.
All services will be at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Norfolk. A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 6 pm to 8 pm. and a graveside service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 12 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
