Justin Thomas Young

Justin Thomas Young, 23, died in Lake County, Florida on January 19, 2025. Justin was born in Norfolk, VA, to Justin and Katie Young. He was an Eagle Scout, and loved to have fun. Most of all, he loved his family. He was the big brother with the big smile and was loyal to anyone he welcomed into his heart and considered "family".

He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Katie, in 2009. Besides his father and step-mother, Ashley, left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Madi, Noelle, and Ella Young; his brothers, James, Jacob, Joseph, and Jackson Young; Grandmother, Carol "FeeFee" Smith; "Grandpa in Utah", Drew Haws; 6 aunts, 7 uncles, and a host of cousins and friends.

The family invites friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 1-1:45 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk. There will be a brief graveside committal in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens to begin at 2 p.m. followed by a gathering with light refreshments at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4784 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach.
