Malcolm Dorrell Langston, 58, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020. Malcolm was born in Portsmouth to Nathaniel and Elsie Langston. He is preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Baker Langston. Malcolm was best described as the life of the party and he never met a stranger. He was very family oriented and considered a jack of all trades. He was a US Army veteran. After his time in service, he worked as a meat distributor throughout his lifetime. Malcolm is survived by his father, Nathaniel Langston; children, Letitia Wells and Malcolm Dorrell Drew: brothers, Nathaniel “Kenny”, his wife Dawn and Terrance Langston; grandchildren, Shyheim, Lataysha, Erica, Eriona and Savieon as well as one great grandchild, Leona.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1pm, Friday, October 9, 2020 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. There will be a visitation 1 hour prior starting at 12pm. Interment will immediately follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.woodlawnnorfolk.com.
