Nicholas William "Billy" Flowers, III, 54,of Norfolk, passed away Jan. 21, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Carole Flowers; and sisters, Terry Heck, Vanessa Stafford, and Betsy Flowers.
Billy is survived by his brother, Joe Flowers and his wife Wendy; and other loving family and friends, who will deeply miss him.
