Onda Lee Elder 86, passed away February 11, 2014. She was a Navy Wife in the finest tradition of Navy Wives, married to the late James William Elder, Master Chief Ret. She is survived by her children Nickie and Mark Elder, two sisters; Carolyn Donelson and Barbra Yordy, four grandchildren; Aaron and Katie West, Sarah Burford and Gillen Elder and two great grandchildren, Amelia Sims and Marley Burford. A funeral service will be held on Monday February 17 at 11AM at Princess Anne Plaza United Methodist Church with Rev. Jel Samson presiding. The visitation will be from 9AM -11AM Monday before the service at the church. Woodlawn Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
