Reginald D Ambrose

Reginald Denny Ambrose, 91, passed away on September 9, 2021. Mr. Ambrose was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence Hansford Ambrose and Christine Ambrose, his wife Helen Ambrose and a brother and three sisters. A Norfolk native, Reggie was an automotive mechanic with Cavalier Ford and Green Gifford for more than 45 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and took pride in his family and home. Survivors include a son Denny Ambrose and wife Cindy; a daughter Regina Ambrose; 3 grandchildren Daniel Zeno and wife Alyssa, Lauren Lally and Christi Kopsidas; 6 great grandchildren Maddy, Brooke, Madison, Zoe, Cooper and Grady; and a sister Brenda Rea. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 15, 3:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may offer condolences at woodlawnnorfolk.com
