Mr. Walker was born in Norfolk, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Frances Green Walker and two brothers, Walter and Rudolph Walker. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Survivors include two brothers James M. Walker, Jr. and wife Nancy and their children James, Steven and Michele; Robert Lee Walker and wife Frances and their children Bobby, LeAnn, Karen and Stacy and a aunt Martha Desgain.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Father Joseph H. Metzger, III.
