Roberto Buteng Pachao

Robert Pachao, 97, went to be with the Lord on October 7, 2016. He was born in Baguio City, Philippines and his family is from Bontoc, Philippines. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Norfolk . He is predeceased by his wife, Cecilia.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Flores and her husband Pax of Norfolk; 3 grandchildren, Kay and her husband Marshall, Aimee and Francis Ian; sisters, Elena Comicho and her family of CA and Mary Vogelsang and her family of Australia; a brother, Alex Pachao and his family of the Philippines; and many other family members including the Vigilancia family.

A Celebration of Robert’s life will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at St. Pius X Catholic Church with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.
