Norfolk, VA Ruby L. Chapman, age 80, passed away Friday, October 21, 2011 in a local hospital. Ruby was preceded in death by her daughter, Antoinette McCoy. Surviving is her husband of 57 years, Earl W. Chapman and a grandson, Earl R. Chapman and 2 granddaughters, Natasha McCoy and Davisa Banks and ten great grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be private.
