Shirley M Bilger

Virginia Beach - Shirley Bilger, 90, passed away on July 12, 2011. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Bilger, Sr. and her sister, Jean Baldwin. She was a long-time member of Azalea Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons, R. Wayne Bilger, Jr. and wife Beverly of Virginia Beach and Ralph Bilger and his fiancée Lorraine of Norfolk; 3 grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy and Megan Bilger; and 2 great-grandchildren, Noah and Zoe Bilger. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 pm on Monday, July 25, 2011 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel.
