Thomas E. Chatham Sr. "Tommy" Age 72 passed away on Thursday November 29th, 2007 at Chesapeake General Hospital. Tom was born in Norfolk on July 31, 1935 the son of the late John Chatham Sr. and Mary Jane Ferguson. Tom is preceeded in death by his parents and his son Thomas E. Chatham Jr.and his son-in-law Leroy Pifer. Tommy served his country proudly as a Veteran of the US Army. Left to cherish Tom's memory is his wife Linda Beasley Chatham, his daughters Glenda Rogers and her husband Mark of Canton, MI, Mary Jane Pifer, of Ecuador, South America, Virginia Howlett and her husband C. Howard, of Chesapeake, a son Timothy Edward Chatham and his wife Starla, of Chesapeake. Also survivng Tommy are his 16 grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate Tom's life will be held at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk on Tuesday December 4th, 2007 at 1:00 PM.
