William L. Miller 69, passed away at home surrounded by his Loving Family on Wednesday January 8, 2008 . Bill was born on November 24, 1938 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Francis G. and Elizabeth Miller. Bill was a member of Lynnhaven Presbyterian Church. He loved to travel the country in the RV with his wife Anne. Bill worked as a toolmaker for Ford for 38 years and was known to his coworkers as " Big Time". Left to cherish Bill's memory are his beloved wife of 47 years Anne, his daughters Pamela Smith and her husband Greg of Virginia Beach, Terrie Sawyer and her husband Mike of Moyock, NC. his sister Patricia Clemens and her husband Ted of NM. "Pop Pop" enjoyed his four grandsons Taylor, Zachary , William Smith and Mikey Sawyer. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held on Saturday January 12, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at Woodlawn Funeral Home 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk, VA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday January 11, 2008 from 6-8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the building fund of Lynnhaven Presbyterian Church.
