Millie was a sweet and precious little girl, yet so brave and strong as she fought the fight until she went to be with Jesus on July 8, 2020.
Millie was born on November 11, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City to David and Courtney (Davis) Mount. Although Millie’s life was just 3 ½ short years, the impact she had on so many is forever.
When you think of Millie, you will smile thinking of her wearing her little green cowboy boots or riding her tricycle and ringing her bell. She loved to be with her family at home on their farm and often ask us to ‘just take me home’.
Left to cherish Millie’s memory are her parents, her brothers and sisters, who are her best friends; Luke, Sarah, Abigail, Magnolia, Katherine, Joseph and his wife Maitland, Joshua, and Kimberlin Mount, as well as her 6 nieces and nephews, her grandparents; Judith “Toppie” Davis, Sharon and Robert Craig, Dwight Mount, and her great-grandmother Mary Mount
Viewing for Millie will be on Saturday, July 11, 2010 from 1-6 PM at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 N. Porter in Norman.
The family will be there to receive friends from 1-3 PM. A Celebration of Millie’s Life and her impact on so many will be held at 5 PM at the First Baptist Church of Ada on Monday, July 13, 2020. She will then be laid to rest in the McGee Cemetery in Stratford, Oklahoma.
For those who wish to honor Millie’s life, memorial contributions may be made to The Mack Impact (mackimpact.org) or to the K Club (kclubkindness.org). Both organizations were huge supporters of Millie and her family as she fought so bravely.
