Bill married the love of his life, Sherry on April 30th, 2010. They spent 13 years living life side by side every day. They were best friends and loving companions. They loved traveling, visiting family, attending the grandchildren's activities. Most of all was the time they spent on the patio just enjoying time together. Their love was an inspiration to anyone who was around them.
Bill proudly served his country in the US Navy for 18 years. He was a qualified deep sea salvage diver and served on many submarines throughout his tenure with the Navy. Most notably the U.S.S. He then became the Facilities Manager for many properties in OKC, The Myriad, Civic Center, Cox Center and Ford Center. He was then Director of Facilities for Oklahoma Blood Institute, for which he built the new donation center in downtown OKC. Along with his full career he was very involved with Boy Scouts. Although Bill did not make Eagle Scout, he made sure all his sons did. An accomplishment he was so very proud of.
