Cynthia Dayle Jernigan

Cynthia Dayle Jernigan passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully in her sleep, on March 23, 2021. She was a beloved mother of three, Grandmother of four, loving sister and friend to many. She enjoyed life and was a free spirit who marched to the beat of her own drum.

She is preceded in death by her husband Rick Jernigan, mother Shirley Johnson, father Charles Turner and step mother Joyce Turner. She is survived by her boyfriend, Brian Haase, her Daughter Carrie (Blair) Kennedy, Son Thomas Blair (Ashley Blair), Son Jonathan Blair (Amanda Blair) and four grandchildren, Camden Blair, Jace Malone, Makayla Malone and Addie Malone. Her siblings: Melinda Garnica, Donald Fink, Kathy Green, Cheryl Highwart, and Denise Nuchols and several nieces and nephews.

While Cindy's family grieves her loss they are choosing to remember her in a way that honors her spirit. Her children invite you to attend her Celebration of Life and potluck on Tuesday, March 30th at 6 pm. It will be located at Andrews Park, Andrews Building, at 201 W Daws Street.
