Darla Michelle Rainwater (Gates) was born on May 5th, 1966 to Lloyd and Linda Gates. She fell in love with Derek Zane Rainwater and they were married on October 5th, 1985. They had 2 daughters together, Maegyn Doyle and Brooke LeFlore.
Darla went back to school for her LPN to become a nurse and was a caretaker for many years.
She loved gardening, reading, and tending her houseplants.
She enjoyed quilting and gifted many creations to friends and family.
Darla served the community by volunteering at Meals On Wheels and cared greatly for the people she served and those she worked with.
Darla is preceded in death by her husband, Derek, and her mother, Linda.
She leaves behind her daughters Maegyn and Brooke, and her dog, Cooper.
She will be greatly missed.
