Dashawn DC Longfellow, 23 of Norman, died Saturday, August 14, 2010 in Phuket, Thailand. He was born July 31, 1987 in Colorado Springs to Tammy Longfellow. He graduated from Norman High School in 2005 and served in the United States Marine Corps for four years. He served one term in Iraq and one term in Afghanistan. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
Dashawn is survived by his mother, Tammy Longfellow; four sisters, one brother; aunts, uncles and 12 cousins that all grew up together.
Viewing will be 9:00 AM until 3:45 PM Thursday at Primrose Funeral Service with a memorial service following at 4:00 PM in the Primrose Chapel.
