Deborah Sue Whatley Kirsner, age 76, of Norman, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. She was a beautiful woman, patient, gracious, giving, and kind. In our lives together she was always two inches smaller than me, Michael. Michael taught her how to play chess and since then, he lost to her mainly. Deborah also loved playing Liverpool Rummy with her sisters.
Deborah was loved by her husband of 46 years, Michael. Her son, Joshua and wife Melloney Whatley, grandchildren, Marrissa, Noel, and Jorden. Son, Matthew and his wife Sandra Kirsner, grandchildren, Gabriella, Isaac, and Chai Sara, great-grandchildren, Grayson and Frances Kirsner. She is also loved by her devoted sister, Donna, who was by her side through all Deborah’s illness and for all their lives. Donna’s husband, Gary Mullins and Deborah’s nieces, Tara, Libby, and Denise. Deborah is also loved by her brother, John Kiber and wife Denise, and sister, Mindy Lovell, husband Gary along with their family.
She will always be loved and remembered.
