Donald Wayne Morgan

Donald Wayne Morgan, age 73, passed away on June 26, 2026 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Clinton, OK on March 16, 1953 to Gene and Dorothy Morgan. The family moved to the Little Axe area and Donald later made Norman his home.

Donald had a long and rewarding career with Meyer Brothers Construction beginning in 1979 and retiring January 2026.

Donald was a warm, quiet, and reserved man and would help any person in need. A friend to all, he made many during his life. He loved being a farmer; owning many cattle and raising a yearly vegetable garden to share with family and friends. He loved everything outdoors. As his wife would say, he loves playing in the dirt. In fact, his online password was “DIG.”

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Larry, Terry and Timmy, and brother-in-law Nelson Wood.

Donald is survived by his wife, Pam (née Stillwell) Morgan, whom he married July 25, 1980; brothers Stephen (Denise) Morgan, Dennis (Laurie) Morgan, sister Paula Wood, numerous extended family members and friends, and adoring fur babies Maggie and Poo Poo.

The family is grateful to honorary pallbearers Meyer Brother Construction and Rosenfelt Auctions.

Visitation will be held at Primrose Funeral Service, 3901 N Flood Ave., Norman, OK 73069, US, on July 3, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A graveside service will take place at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 2301 East Indian Hills Road, Norman, OK 73071, US, on July 6, 2026, at 10:00 am.
