

Born on April 9, 1959, in Oklahoma City, Ed spent most of his life in Norman, where he graduated from Norman High School and later attended the University of Oklahoma. He dedicated many years of his career to managing at Homeland before moving into the car dealership industry, where he worked in inventory management and the finance department.
Ed was known for his love of gardening, his joy in spending time at the family cabin in Colorado, his fondness for skiing, cracking jokes, and the simple pleasure of relaxing in his backyard. He had a quick wit, a kind heart, a deep appreciation for the quiet moments in life, and a powerful love for his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilma “Ruth” Kelso and Don B. Kelso.
Ed is survived by his wife, Cari Kelso; son, Scott Kelso, and Scott’s fiancée, Kylee Litton; daughter, Diana Kelso Cully, and her husband, Steven Cully. He also leaves behind his siblings: Karen Orr and husband Bobby Orr, John Kelso and wife Christie Kelso, Scott Kelso and wife Kim Kelso, and Keith Kelso and wife Kathy Kelso, along with numerous cousins and extended family who loved him dearly.
The family will be hosting a private celebration of life in honor of Ed.
