Jackie was born July 18, 1964 to Jackie W. Smart, Sr. and Patsy E. (Kitchel) Smart in Dallas, Texas. He passed away May 8, 2011 in Norman.
Jackie graduated from Norman High School and worked for Wendy’s in the OU Student Union for several years. He was a member of Christian Center Church.
Jackie is preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Smart and sister, Angel Smart.
He is survived by his father Jackie W. Smart, Sr.; brother Ricky R. Smart; sister Deborah L. George and husband Grant J.; 5 nieces, 2 nephews, and 1 great-niece.
