He was born on October 30, 1935, in Santo, Texas, the son of late Clarence Harris and Osia Watz. He was the oldest of seven siblings. On September 19, 1964, he married Sharon Lou Boyd in Middleberg, Oklahoma, who survives.
Jasper was a Korean War Veteran and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. After his discharge, he found employment working as an electrician and later became a member of the IBEW Local 1141 as well as pursued a passion in roller skating which he never failed to dazzle people with.
He leaves behind his two daughters Debbie Cline of St. Louis, MO.; and Amy Patterson of Noble, OK.; seven grand-children, and three great grand-children.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday February 8, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Primrose Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Terry Boston will officiate.
