Jaxon Reed Patterson

Jaxon Reed Patterson passed away April 25, 2026 at the age of 14. He was was born in Shreveport Louisiana on June 14 2011 to parents Joe and Renee Patterson. Jaxon lived in Norman, Oklahoma and was a freshman at Norman North High School.

Those who knew Jaxon will remember a young man whose warmth and easy confidence drew people in. He was outgoing, made friends wherever he went, and carried a gift for bringing laughter to the people around him, leaving moments lighter and hearts fuller for having shared time with him.

Jaxon loved hunting, fishing, golf, spending time with family and friends, and playing video games, simple joys that reflected how deeply he valued connection, companionship, and the time given to do what he enjoyed most.

Jaxon is survived by his parents Joe and Renee Patterson; brothers Hayden and Johnathon; grandparents, Elaine Bounds, Galen and Lesia Patterson, and Earl and Susan Isonhood; his favorite cousins Ashley Heflin, Kayleigh and Caleb Patterson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of life in honor of Jaxon will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Primrose Funeral Service in Norman, OK. If he has touched your life in any way, please join in honoring his memory by gathering together and doing some of his favorite things.
