

Jean was born on February 9, 1945 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma to Liddie Jean and Russel Fredrick Luebking.
Jean graduated from Capitol Hill High School with the class of 1963.
Jean attended Grace Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City with her family and was confirmed May 17, 1959 by Reverend Virtus Gloe. She was baptized March 11th 1945.
Jean married Charles A. Voerster at Grace Lutheran Church on December 22, 1962. They made their home in Oklahoma City until 1977.
Jean was blessed by two daughters, Allennia Marie June 13, 1965 and Vickie Lee June 16, 1967.
While in Oklahoma City Jean worked various jobs, beginning with Dodson's Cafeteria, Kerr McGee Corp. and the Oklahoma School Department.
Jean and family moved to Norman Oklahoma in 1977. Jean again had several jobs ending her employment at Owens insurance as an agent in personal lines. At retirement, she and Allennia started up the business called Aristocats Hotel and Spa, a cat only boarding and grooming business in 2008.
Jean loved sewing and raising and showing cats. She started a business Called Zippy Cages, making show cages for cat shows.
Jean was a happy but serious person and somewhat camera shy.
In January of 2021 Jean suffered a series of strokes. And again in October another episode which left her bedfast. She was unable to care for herself or communicate. She passed away on Memorial Day, May 30, 2022 attended by her husband and eldest daughter.

A visitation for Jeanne will be held Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 North Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 603 Classen Blvd, Norman, OK 73071.
