Jesse Cassler Motley of Norman, okla age 70, passed away on September 14, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born to Robert Cassler Motley and Agnes Irene Motley (formerly Rasure) on September 7th, 1950 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. After high school, Jesse heard his nation's calling and proudly enlisted in the United States Army. He was deployed to Vietnam for one year, and served in the
Army where he received a Bronze star, He then joined the Army National Guard for a combination of 6 years. Mr. Motley retired from Harolds Clothing Store in 2004. Jesse loved to work on cars, trucks, and motorcycles, he also enjoyed rebuilding houses, there was nothing he couldnt fix. He was an incredibly
skilled mechanic, and he was always tinkering around. He enjoyed spending quality time with his grandkids, he also got to welcome his last beautiful granddaughter into the world on September 11th, 2020.
Every year, Jesse looked forward to football season, he loved to watch his sooners play.
The most important thing in Jesse's life by far was his family especially his grandkids they were the apple of his eye. Jesse and his brother, Robert, were very close and in fact, the entire Motley family were a tight-knit bunch, even living in the same
neighborhood together for many years. He will be deeply and forever missed by his loving family and the host of friends he made throughout his life. Jesse was preceded in death by his mom and dad. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Shawta & husband Eric Reed of Commerce texas, Christina & Cody Selman of Mcalester, oklahoma his grandkids Ryan davis, Caden Tillman, Pauline curry, Ashton davis, Jadan davis, Chloe davis, Serenity reed, his nephew Rob and wife jenny of Broken Arrow, nieces Kathy Beavers of Henderson, Nevada and Gwen Martin of noble, okla His forever friends Christy Pyrrhon of seminole, okla Cody Davis of Mcalester, ok, and colten gregory of commerce, tx Celebration of life for Jesse will be held at 11:00 AM on monday, October 4th @ Sunset Memorial Park
