Lucinda H. Gage was born May 23, 1948 in Norman, to Jack Hobbs and Lena Hobbs. On September 9, 2019, surrounded by her family, Lucinda left this earth at the age of 71 years. Lucinda has lived in the Norman area all her life, attending Norman High School. On April 24, 1971 Lucinda and Walter Gage were united in marriage. Lucinda was an accountant and worked for OU credit Union for several years and also Reynolds Ford for 24 years. She enjoyed her family and family gatherings, OU football and the OKC Thunder. Her father Jack trained race horses so Lucinda loved horses especially her father’s horse Sooner Charge and barrel racing with her horse Kelly Rose where she rode in many play days and competitions. Lucinda loved her dogs, which were many over the years and especially loved when Walt would play his guitar and sing for her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. Left to cherish the memory of Lucinda are her husband, Walter of the home; son, Frank Waggoner and wife Lisa; daughter Shelley Van Gage; grandchildren, Paige Mutz and husband Seth, Dakota Waggoner and fiancé Julie; sister, Susan Yeutter; brother, Jason Hobbs; great grandchildren, Lucas Mutz, Kayden Mutz, Ryan Mutz, Ryan Newman, Ben Abernathy, Sam Abernathy, Zachariah Abernathy, and baby Waggoner due in November; nieces and nephews, Mical Abernathy and husband Timothy, Garrett Hobbs, Sherry Williams-Soliz, Courtney Belnap and husband Steven and their children Jackson, Colton and Corbin; along with numerous other family and friends. The last time I hugged Aunt Cindy was at our family reunion in 2011. She is with our Lord and Creator now. Go Rest high on that mountain. <3 We'll hug again one day soon <3

Walt, Frank & Shelley,
I was saddened to hear of Cindy's passing. I remember the year you all moved into our neighborhood and it wasn't long before we all became friends.
My fondest memory of Cindy was her love for gardening. She had quite the knack for growing wonderful vegetables and her garden was always so well cared for.
May wonderful memories of her life fill your minds and may peace comfort your heart.
Love
Tauni Kaye
