Mrs. Marcia Ann Williams Kelley

Marcia was born in Haleyville, AL as the youngest daughter of Doyle & Ethel Williams. Marcia received her degree in education at the University of North Alabama. She married her high school sweetheart, Don Kelley, on May 15, 1977, and became the loving mother of Sara, Lucas, and Hannah. In 1990, she moved to Moore, OK where she resided until her death. Marcia received her master’s degree from UCO in Adult Education, and was a teacher at Plaza Towers Elementary for 15 years. Marcia served an active role in her church as a pianist, child educator, director of the children’s choir and other music, and as a hospitality server.

She is survived by her husband Don Kelley of Moore, OK; daughter Sara Claggett and son-in-law, Ben, of Moore, OK; son Lucas Kelley of Van Nuys, CA; daughter Hannah Kelley of Los Angeles, CA; parents, Dr. Doyle and Ethel Williams of Haleyville, AL; sister Janie Roberts and brother-in-law, John, of Paducah, KY; brother Arthur Williams and sister-in-law, Rebecca, of Oklahoma City, OK; ten nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and countless friends. Marcia was preceded in death by her sister Felicia Kay Williams.

Marcia was a ray of sunshine with her perpetual smile and infectious laughter. Her Southern hospitality, compassion and love made everyone feel welcome in her presence. Marcia lived her life with a song in her heart, and will never be forgotten.
