Peggy Joe Blalock, 65, of Noble passed away December 22, 2018. She was born June 24, 1953 in Norman to Carl and Opal Johnson.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of the home, Floyd Blalock; 3 children: Jeanna of the home, Johnny of the home, and Benjie of Boulder, Colorado; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
