

Peggy Jean Wullich was born on May 16, 1926 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Leslie Tietsort Sr. and Clara (Meyer) Tietsort. She grew up in Wayne, Nebraska, attending Wayne Public Schools, graduating from Wayne High School. Following her education she was a dancer with the Katherine Duffy Dancers and toured around the United States. She married John B. Wullich Sr. in 1949. Peggy worked in the healthcare industry in Norman and Oklahoma City. Peggy enjoyed listening to Frank Sinatra and classical music, watching musicals and classic movies, and cheering on the OU football and OKC Thunder basketball teams. Above all, Peggy was a dedicated mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John; brother, Leslie Tietsort; and sister, Phyllis Nielson.
She is survived by six sons, Craig Wullich, Gary Wullich and wife Sonya, Kurt Wullich, John Wullich and wife Debbie, Eric Wullich, and Karl Wullich all of Norman; four grandchildren, Dara Rice and husband Travis, Darcie McCabe and husband Luke, Desiree Wullich, and Michael Ray Breshears; and four great grandchildren, Addison, Emma, Mason, and Julian; and sister-in-law, Bettie Tietsort.
Services are scheduled for 1:30 pm, Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at the Primrose Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
