Priscilla Faye Scruggs

Priscilla Faye Scruggs, affectionately known as Granny, passed away on December 17, 2023, in Norman, OK, at the age of 78. She was born on August 1, 1945, in Knoxville, TN, to the late Jenkins family. Granny was a loving homemaker, dedicating her life to caring for her family.

Granny was a remarkable woman who cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as feeling the sun's warmth on her face, going for long drives, people watching, and spending time with her loved ones.

Granny had a deep love for animals and enjoyed family get-togethers, where she could create lasting memories with her relatives.

In her free time, Granny had several hobbies that brought her immense joy. She had a green thumb and took great pride in tending to her beautiful rose garden. Granny also had a talent for crocheting and bead working, creating intricate and cherished pieces. Additionally, she found solace in the world of books, often immersing herself in the pages of captivating stories.

Granny will be deeply missed by her surviving children, Timothy Kugler, Sharene Kugler, William Scruggs Jr., Christopher Scruggs, her sisters Sandra Velasquez, Terri Velasquez, Toni Everett, Laura Oren, and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Todd Kugler, her sister Phyllis Britcher, her sister Betty Zuniga, and her brother Charles Stillman.

Granny's warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love will forever be cherished by those who knew her. May her soul find eternal peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration for all who mourn her loss.
