

Mr. Jackson died Tuesday, October 30 in Oklahoma City.
He was born November 26, 1938, to R. Hal and Adelaide M. (Karger) Jackson in Ranger, Texas. He was a high school graduate and attended college. Mr. Jackson served four years in the U.S. Navy and 16 years in the U.S. Air Force. After retiring from the military, he worked for the Civil Service for 15 years when he fully retired. He lived all over the world and retired to Norman in 1992. Mr. Jackson was an Eagle Scout, a member of the NCOA and the American Legion. He married Lula Jane Davis on January 23, 1960 in Panama City. Florida.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly A. Jackson; his parents, his sister, Ann Marie Jackson; and his brother, J. Forrest Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Lula Jane of the home; his son, Michael Jackson and wife, Michele; grandsons, Philp and Mathew; son, Christopher Jackson and wife, Cheslea; grandson Greyson and granddaughter, Mia.
