He was born August 2, 1950 in Hoisington, KS to Arbie and Etta Bell (Shook) Coulter.
Tom was a homebody and loved spending time on his car, keeping everything organized, watching his favorite T.V. shows and listening to music. He loved to cook as well as eat. He was a very hard worker spending most of his life as a Mason Tender. He will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his companion of over 30 years: Rhonda Bitter of Norman; siblings: Curtis Coulter of Kansas, Barbara (Al) Bayley of Calgary, Canada, Arletta Jurgens of Colorado; nieces and nephews: Cathy, Marty, Joan, Scott, Brian, Aaron, Lee, Lori and Lisa; aunt: Eula Mae Keener.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
