Troy was born October 6, 1970 in Sheboygan, WI to his parents, Robert Richard Semke and Linda Marie (Huhtala) Palmer.
He loved watching sports and grilling.
Troy’s greatest achievement in life was his son, Troy Alexander Semke and the proudest moment in his life was the birth of his granddaughter, Aria.
Troy was preceded in death by his parents.
