

Zackary Daniel Addison of Norman, OK was born October 28th, 1981 in Tulsa, OK and passed away July 6th, 2016 in Oklahoma City at the age of 34. He was a tender hearted, free spirit who was admired by those he came in contact with. His endearing, infectious smile comforted so many. His love and devotion to his brothers, sister, and Mom and Dad will be missed and forever live on in their hearts.
Zack graduated from Heavener High School in 2000 where he was an all-around athlete; served as the captain of the football team, lettered in baseball, basketball and track, and a member of the Honor Society. He received his Associate Degree in Science from Oklahoma City Community College. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy taking the maiden voyage of the U.S.S. Reagan in the Persian Gulf where he received numerous medals and honors. He participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and was assigned to the Strike Fighter Squadron 113. After serving four years, he was honorably discharged in 2007. He was currently employed with US Department of Veteran Affairs.
Zack is preceded in death by his grandparents, Eleanor Harbor of Heavener, OK; Billy R. Love of Greenwood, AR.
Zack is survived by his parents, Mike and Donna Addison of Norman, OK; grandparents B. H. and Joyce Addison of Heavener, OK; two brothers Brad Addison and wife Rebecca of Edmond, OK, David “Colby” Addison of Moore, OK; a sister Ginger Potts and husband Nathan of Bay City, TX; six nephews, a niece, four aunts and uncles, and seven 1st cousins.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. both Thursday and Friday July 21, 22 at Primrose Funeral Service, Norman, OK. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Primrose Funeral Service, Norman, OK. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery where Military Honors will be rendered.
