Fred will be lovingly remembered by his children: Doug (Mimi) Marchewka: Matthew, Justin, Hudson, Mercedes, Reo, Breeze; Alice (Robert) Loweryson: Jason (Crystal), Jeffery (Niki) - Dawson; Dennis (Terry) Marchewka: Brenden, Erin; Nettie (Robert) Wladychka: James (Diane), Nathan, Jenelle (Chris) - Evynn; Pat (Edward) Loweryson; Robert (Jeannie) Marchewka: Tyler; Michael Marchewka; Susan (Kevin) Reed: Brittany (Jordan Baptiste), Kayla; Brian (Kim) Marchewka: Brock, Sjalyn; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his wife Pauline; parents Nick and Juliana Marchewka; siblings: Frank, Paul, Joe, Peter, Tony, John, Annie, and Stefka.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from the Chapel of Wilson & Zehner Funeral Home with Father Taras Udod officiating. Interment will follow at the City of North Battleford Cemetery. Donations in Fred's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
