Chris, Deb and Tracey I am sorry for your loss. 
Your Dad was a tough stubborn man with a sense of humor like no other! I remember well the jokes he would tell that made our grandma (Muriel) laugh till she couldn't breathe. Jokes that we didn't dare repeat as kids right!? Speaking of jokes...your dad was sure a jokester! Both of our dads caused a little chaos back in the day.
I remember building a snowman one winter with your dad when we lived close in Saskatoon. He was so set on making it the tallest around I think we even had someone on his shoulders trying to pad more snow on. 
Your dad loved his horses, and I enjoyed sitting and listening to him talk about them.  That and his wagon train trips. I also enjoyed hearing about life on the farm. 
Visits to Saskatoon were always colorful fun with your Dad. You just never knew when the visit would happen or what the plan was. Although it always involved ordering good food!
I pray that good memories come to the surface to help you in your loss. Rest in peace "Uncle" Gerry. Don't be causing too much trouble on the other side.  Sending you all love and prayers for comfort. 

Condolences to the family of the late Gerald Millhouse. He was a dear friend for many years. i assisted him over the years with his tax and gst filings. He called me several times from pallitive care to talk. he had such a determination and positive attitude. It was great to share laughter with this dear friend days before he passed. so glad to have had that opportunity in the end. will miss him dearly. rest in peace dear friend.
