Lawrence Bear passed away Tuesday, July 19th 2016 at the age of 74 years. Lawrence will be lovingly remembered by his sons Orville Thunder and Terence Bear; daughter Alana Bear; brother Frank (Betty) Bear; special niece and nephew Charmaine Bear and Trent (Kass) Bear; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and numerous extended family.
Lawrence is predeceased by his wife Frieda Bear; son Lawrence Bear Jr; parents Richard Bear and Agatha Chatsis; Brothers Wilfred Sangrey, Eli Bear and Philip Bear; and sister Florida Thunder.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 22nd at the Little Pine Elders Hall in Little Pine First Nation, Saskatchewan with band elders officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Martine de Bussac of Sallows & McDonald-Wilson & Zehner Funeral Home (306) 445-2418
