Lena Clark

CLARK _ Lena Clark of North Battleford passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Battlefords Union Hospital at the age of 85 years. Lena was born in Biggar on July 2, 1925. Left to cherish her memory are her children: daughter Lois Sherwood of North Battleford; son George (Lois) of Regina; son Kevin (Sue) from Vancouver, BC; two grandchildren Dawn (Louie) Lessard of North Battleford; Brian (Angela) Sherwood of Vanguard, SK; six great grandchildren: Krista Lessard, Ryley Lessard, Justin Sherwood, Katelynn Sherwood, Robert Sherwood, Shannara Sherwood; two sisters Vera Sidor of Toronto, ON and Mary Williams of Saskatoon, SK. She was predeceased by her husband George and son in law Robert Sherwood. Lena had presently resided in Ruth Whyte Manor for the last 20 years. Donations in Lena’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice. There will be no funeral service as per Lena’s request. Wilson & Zehner Funeral Home, North Battleford, SK. were entrusted with the arrangements.
