Neva Eleanor Favel

Neva Eleanor Favel, age 55 passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. A wake for Neva will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Sweetgrass Band Hall, Sweetgrass First Nation, Sk. A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Sweetgrass Band Hall. Neva is remembered by her children Furnandes, Tyrone (Buggy), Natasha ("The Tash"), Tristen, and Kurt; her grandchildren Kaydence, Katlyn, Aberley, Kingston, Curt Jr, Nashay, Geniva, Helaina, Ares, Shayna, Maddox, and Cassius; her siblings Shaun, Adrienne, Melanie, Nadine, Melissa, Jordan, Shane and Tamara; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends. Neva is predeceased by her mother Virginia Favel, her father Leslie Pooyak, her Grandparents Philip and Dora Favel, and Solomon and Emily Pooyak, her Daughter Shayna Lee and her Nieces Kayleen and Jody. Neva will be laid to rest in Sweetgrass Cemetery, Sweetgrass First Nation. Serving as pallbearers are Rocky Pooyak, Montana Bear, Earl Fineday, Rory Favel, Ray Thunderblanket and Everett Fineday.
