12.10.34 – 02.10.12.
She was born and raised in Tacoma, Wa and moved to North Bend in 1974 where she lived with John Russell, her partner of 40+ years. Candy is survived by John, her daughters; Cindy (Tacoma), Jacki (North Bend) and Heidi (Kent). She also had four grandsons. She enjoyed taking the “Riverbend Kids” to Lake Easton and Rattlesnake Lake for days of swimming. On weekends and during the summer it was off to Ocean Shores to do donuts on the beach or go camping at Blewitt pass. In the winter, after sledding in the snow, she spoiled us all with her famous hot cocoa. Mom Candy was mainly known for her “crazy sticker truck”, being surrounded by “her” kids and her love of animals. I would like to thank everyone for the part you played in her life. Whether it was giving her credit at the Drug Center for her Wednesday magazines, letting your kids hang out with her, taping something up on the wall on your way out of the house, or just saying hi… THANK YOU!
Arrangements under the direction of Snoqualmie Valley Funeral Chapel, North Bend, WA.
