He is survived by his wife, Annette Evans, his three children, TJ, Ashley and Dani Evans, his mother, Mary Evans, his daughter-in-law, Becca Evans, his two brothers Larry and Charles “Skeeter” Evans, his three grandsons, Trey and Avery Evans and Riley Gardner, as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws.
Troy was a funny man who could make anyone laugh. To know Troy was to know his whole life. He truly never met a stranger. He was a good man who will be loved and missed by all who had the opportunity to be part of his life.
Rest In Peace, Troy. We all miss you.
