

Agnes was born on June 22, 1938 in Marion S.C. to Luther and Edith Smith.
Agnes is survived by her husband James Harper (Gaffney,S.C.), four children: Mitchell Martin (Tammy) of Landis, N.C., Dianne Nicholson (Scott) of Clover S.C., Donna Sullivan (Kevin Gregson) of Goose Creek, S.C., and Karen Feaster (Matt) of Ladson, S.C., seven grandchildren: Michelle and Savannah Martin (Landis N.C.), Robbie Anderson (Goose Creek, S.C.), Lauren Sullivan (Goose Creek S.C.), Brooke Nicholson (Clover S.C.), Ethan and Preston Feaster (Ladson S.C.), two Great Grandchildren: Parker and Jordyn Anderson (Hanahan, S.C.), and a total of eight niece and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Edith Smith (Marion County, S.C.), Sister Annie Johnson (Johnny) of (Goose Creek S.C.), and her children's father Joseph Martin (Moncks Corner S.C.).
Even when her children became adults with their own families, she continued to say that being a Mother and raising them was the best time of her life and she wished she could do it again. She was accomplished at sewing and gardening, was dedicated to reading her bible and enjoyed fishing and searching for treasures at yard and estate sales.
A funeral service is scheduled for Friday February 5, 2021 from 1:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. at Carolina Memorial Funerals & Cremation’s chapel located at 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston S.C. , 29406, and inurnment to follow at the cemetery. Family member Pastor Carl Wiggins will officiate the ceremony.
