She was born April 2, 1975 in Garland, TX, to Thomas Harvey and Georgia Brown Mattox.
April is survived by a daughter, Michaela Ann Wilcox, two sons, Michael Thomas Wilcox and Chase Lee Holmes, her parents, Harvey Mattox and Georgia Mattox, and her brother, Tommy (Cynthia Williams) Mattox.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening, March 1, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave. North Charleston.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 12:30 pm, the Rev. Eric Tharp officiating. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
