Benjamin was born on October 29, 1971, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late parents, James Dallas Williams and Sandra Lenora Grainger.
He is survived by his wife, Susan D. Williams, and two children: Brayden M. Williams and Lenora Fields; his sister, Laura M. Williams; and his brother, James H. Williams (Linda).
