Betty Sue Carter

Betty Sue Carter, 88, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest Sunday May 8, 2016. She was born October 3, 1927 in Spencer, NC, a daughter to the late Thomas A. Bennett and Corrie Klutz. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family, loved to read and enjoyed the fellowship of her church family at Cokesbury United Methodist Church. Mrs Carter is survived by daughters: Tina Carter Jones of North Charleston, SC and Teresa Thigpen (Randy) of Summerville, SC, son: John T. Carter Jr. (Corinne) of North Charleston, SC and grandchildren: Heather Baker (Anthony) of Summerville, SC, Bobby Patterson (Lauren) of Charleston, SC: Vanessa Carter of North Charleston, SC and Tyler Johnston of Clemson, SC, great grandchildren: Hannah, Bentley, Caleb and Remington.
