Betty Horne Freeman, 92, formerly of Moncks Corner, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 4, 2019 in Dublin, GA. She was born February 19, 1928 in Dublin to the late Robert and Ezelle Woodard Horne.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Barbara J. (Charlie) Davis, of Fisherville, KY, two stepchildren, John Freeman Jr. and Linda Freeman, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, John I. Freeman and her daughter, Betty Ackerman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday morning, March 9, 2018 at 10:30 am in the chapel of Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue, in North Charleston. Burial will follow the service in Carolina Memorial Park.
