She is survived by her husband, of 64 years, Robert C. Long Sr., three sons: Robert C. Long, Jr., Newport, NC; William Michael Long (Billy), Charleston, SC; Christopher B. Long (Chris), Garden City, SC. One brother, Richard (Betty) Timms, Goose Creek, SC.
She was a member of Midland Park United Methodist Church, North Charleston, SC for over fifty years, where she coordinated nursery care for over thirty years. She was an active bowler for thirty years and worked at Royal Lanes for 20 years.
