Family and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 2 pm-3 pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC. Funeral will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 3 pm in the Chapel, with interment to follow in Carolina Memorial Park Cemetery.
Carrie was born on July 16, 1964 in Charleston, SC, daughter of Perry M. Bowers and Barbara Prob Runey. Carrie was a long time employee of Cracker Barrell Restaurant.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, Leanna Bowers of Gilman, IA, mother and step-father Robert of North Charleston, sons, Todd Bowers (Jessica) and Andrew Beurskens, grandchildren, Kaidyn, Tristan, Chloe and Alyssa, brothers, Jason Bowers (Shelia), Shannon Bowers (Casey) and Shawn Bowers (Terrell) all of IA.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her honor to the ASPCA.
